WFCM Checklist and 7th Edition Building Code Training Session

HB&RACC, NARI the Cape Cod District Building Officials, and the Boston Society of Architects Partner to Provide an in-depth overview of the requirements for wood framed one and two-family residential construction
The workshops will provide a general overview of the new IRC code requirements found in the Massachusetts State Building Code: 780 CMR, 7th Edition with an emphasis on understanding the AWC Guide to Wood Construction in High Wind Areas and applying the Massachusetts CODE Compliance Checklist using a practical example.
The session will be held in three locations to service the Upper, Lower and Mid-Cape regions.

All sessions will run from 6.00-9.00pm with registration beginning at 5.30pm. We will not be able to accommodate walk-ins onsite.
